I'm a passionate UX Designer with over 15 years of experience, including 8 years of international collaboration with leading global brands — Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Vanguard, and Bitwise across the US and UK. I believe great design is about creating experiences that are engaging, delightful, and accessible to every user.

A hands-on design leader with a proven track record in fast-paced environments, I bring a balanced approach of creativity, strategy, and execution. My strengths lie in AI tools (Figma AI, Claude Design) Design Thinking methodologies, UX strategy, and process optimization to deliver seamless, consistent experiences across products and domains — with a deep focus on digital accessibility (ADA compliance) and financial industry UX.

My core expertise includes designing enterprise web applications and modern consumer-facing financial interfaces, crafting data management platforms emphasizing data quality and user-centric design, and conceptualizing self-onboarding tools integrating low-code and AWS Glue Data Quality capabilities.

Inspired by my studies at Harvard Business School (Design Thinking & Innovation) and certified in AI Foundations & Design Thinking — AI CERTs (2026), I solve problems creatively with a strong emphasis on Human Centered Design.
