As Lead UX Designer, for Polaris program with Global Investment Data Management and Financial systems at Vanguard, my primary responsibilities is to define the UX vision by aligning user insights and business objectives.

My motive here in Vanguard is to design the consistent look and feel within the cross domains by taking the branding, design system into consideration and through the user-centered research which demonstrates an innovative approach with design thinking methodology to improve usability for all the products within the department with a focus on supporting the visually impaired by seamlessly blending the digital accessibility and also establishing the awareness for accessibility principles.

My Responsibility
As Lead UX Designer, with Global Investment Data Management and Financial systems at Vanguard, my primary responsibilities is to define the UX vision by aligning user insights and business objectives.
To make it user friendly with Design Thinking approach to ensure the product meets the Brand Standards, design system and also are ADA complaint with WCAG 2.1,AA guidelines.
My role was to work closely with the strategy enablement team to craft a framework that will help various product teams and business counter parts think through how to come up with the requirements for events and workflows.So that teams are organized and maintain the standards

Tools and Framework helps to provide a stable foundation that users and application makers can put in place to focus on the human centered design approach focusing on the usability to meet global accessibility and the enterprise standards during various phases of design.

My Responsibility
As an UX Designer, with Global Investment Data Management (Horizontal data management Initiative) my goal was to design the consistent, seamless user experience and standard global cloud-based capabilities and services to observe data lifecycle horizontally across domains.
To design the wireframes and prototype for various capabilities of observability , event management, workflow Management, Service Level Management, Data quality , Insight and Analysis and global Data Management with exploring various tools like Talent, AWS Glue data quality, AG grid to enhance the ability of user preferences.
My Day-to- Day- was to collaborate with the business users, product owner, Data Analyst, Technical team, stakeholder. To conduct brainstorming session to gather requirement and to understand the current and the future state.
How it works?

This is designed for the internal teams for products within cross domains. Interaction design to capture and store user preferences, enable single sign on and role-based access, enable subscription capabilities for events and workflows, integrate notifications with existing communication channels.
My Responsibility
'Flint' is the fund interface tool to aggregate funds in systematic way.
My responsibility was to re-design the capabilities of Flint with branding and design system standards, to deliver wireframes and clickable prototype for the new version of Flint with additional upcoming functional capabilities.
How it works?

Flint allows the users to Initiate new project/ fund as per the access pattern designed with additional products at the time of project initiation

The users create, edit and view templates for the project to launch funds as per the role access constrains

My Responsibility
CashFlow is the internal application used by the internal users to edit the changes to the funds.
As UX designer I would like to solve the problem to reduce the manual edit made which currently difficult to track the changes made and no consistency version of files created by each users.
My responsibility is to design the application for the edit and changes made to the fund in the systematic way, with the capabilities of edit fund as the data quality exceptions, flag the changes made so in the process of approval in the audit there is the visibility of changes for the Approval, what the fund changes and the visibility to see the previous and changed value.
Ability to download, visibility to see the task assigned to the cashflow team.
How it works?

CashFlow application helps the user to maintain he consistency in making the changes to the value and maintain the files in automatic way as compared to avoid the manual upload of the files which helps the versioning of files.

My Responsibility
Field Finder is the proposed idea to icrease the efficiency to match the two data set.
Problem statement: The current consumers are not able to match the bloomberge data to refinitive field equivalent due to field name mismatch. to reduce the search content guide and manually match the data for closets search.
Solution proposed: The UI with global search between the multiple data set with suggestions of key words to match within the multiple data set.
