UX designer for Legal Management tools that meets designing the Enterprise Application with the Design thinking approach focusing on Human Centered to create the experience that delights customers. Designing the application more innovative, including the branding style guidelines to make the product/application ADA compliant.

How it works?
Unified Workflow Tool (1.5 years old ) is the Enterprise internal Application.Its the redesign of the RMS tool(very old ).
How does it solves the problem ?
The Unified Workflow tool is used by the legal department internal users to make the workflow process simplified, with easy clickable forms for the matters and submission for approval.
How it helps the users ?
This Application simplifies the day to day process of workflow being user friendly to the meet the end users needs and demands with latest trends and techniques. Simplified process and forms.
Who can use the app?
This is designed for the internal team in the Legal department to perform the submission to assign the matters and approve and track the status to the matters.
My Role ?

My perspective was to make sure the application meets the Brand standards, also meets all the guidelines of WCAG 2.1 under the tittle A, AA and the application is efficient on usability to make the users friendly clickable prototypes.

The Knowledge Management portal helps the users to get the information within the Knowledge management team about the Upcoming Events, tools, Latest updates and news, personalized dashboard for the users.

I started working on the Legal directory by conducting the usability test to the previous version of prototype and design which had many issues faced by the users .

To find the problems and users need and requirement helped me to analysis the existing directory and came upon the solution which is currently satisfactory to the users with tons of improvement in the functionality and look and feel of the Legal Directory.

The new designed was appreciated by various users during the post usability test and within the team.
